These Beta Terms apply to selected participants in the Founding 100 · Global Beta of The Wolf Strategy, operated by Paulo Jorge da Rocha Esteves Rodrigues. They supplement the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Purpose of the beta
The Founding 100 is a limited, pre-commercial programme intended to test The Wolf Strategy in real professional meeting workflows before a wider launch. Selection is discretionary and an application does not guarantee a place.
2. Free participation and no compensation
Selected testers receive beta access without charge for the stated beta period. Testers are not paid. Participation does not create employment, consultancy, contractor, partnership, agency, fiduciary or representative status. There is no promise of future employment, equity, revenue share or other compensation.
3. Expected participation
The programme is designed around approximately three real meeting cycles per tester: preparation, meeting, and post-meeting reflection. We may ask for short product feedback after those cycles and a final evaluation. Participation is voluntary and you may stop at any time, although stopping early may end beta access.
4. Experimental service
The beta is pre-release software. Features may change, be removed or fail; response times may vary; integrations may be incomplete; and generated outputs may be inaccurate. You should retain copies of business-critical material and should not depend on the beta as the sole repository for information you are legally or operationally required to preserve.
5. Meeting recordings and third-party information
The beta does not authorise recording. You must only upload audio, video, transcripts, emails, stakeholder information or documents that you are legally permitted to process. You are responsible for consent, notice, employer approval and confidentiality requirements that apply to your meetings. Do not upload an unlawful covert recording.
6. Feedback
You may provide comments, ideas and suggestions about the product. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, non-confidential feedback may be used to improve and commercialise the product without payment or attribution. This does not give us ownership of your meeting content, documents or personal data.
We will not publish your name, photograph, company, quote or testimonial as marketing material without separate permission. Any request to use a testimonial will be presented separately so that refusal does not affect your beta participation.
7. Confidential material
You must not publicly disclose credentials, security information or material expressly identified as confidential. We do not impose a blanket NDA on ordinary feedback or your own experience of the beta unless a separate written agreement is made.
8. Research and product analytics
During the beta, we may use account-level product events and feedback to understand whether participants complete the intended workflow, where friction occurs and which features are useful. We do not need the contents of a private meeting to measure basic product usage. Any processing of personal data remains subject to the Privacy Policy.
9. Removal from the beta
We may end a tester's access for misuse, security concerns, unlawful uploads, material breach, non-participation where places are limited, or if the programme is changed or stopped. A tester may leave the programme at any time.
10. No guaranteed commercial benefit
Beta participation does not guarantee preferential commercial terms, crowdfunding allocation, permanent free access or future product availability unless a specific benefit is confirmed in writing. If we offer Founding Member benefits later, the applicable conditions will be stated at that time.
11. Law and statutory rights
These Beta Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Nothing here removes data-protection, employment, consumer or other statutory protections that apply to a participant.
