These Terms govern access to and use of The Wolf Strategy, operated by Paulo Jorge da Rocha Esteves Rodrigues. By creating or using an account you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.
1. Eligibility and professional use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms. The service is designed for professional meeting preparation, personal development and post-meeting reflection. It is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, employment-law or regulated professional advisory service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping access credentials secure, and for activity performed through your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. What the service does
The Wolf Strategy uses meeting context, professional profile information, documents and optional post-meeting material to generate preparation, suggested positioning, questions, communication approaches and learning. The service is intended to prepare you for the meeting; it does not guarantee a decision, promotion, negotiation result, relationship outcome or career result.
4. AI outputs and human judgement
AI-generated content can be wrong, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable for a particular situation. You remain responsible for checking factual claims, adapting recommendations to context and deciding whether to act on an output. Do not treat an AI output as a factual statement about another person's private intentions, emotions, health, protected characteristics or mental state.
5. Your content and third-party data
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, analyse and display that content solely to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
You represent that you have the rights and lawful basis necessary to upload any personal data, confidential business information, documents, emails, recordings, transcripts or other material. You must comply with workplace rules, confidentiality duties, intellectual-property rights and applicable privacy/recording laws.
6. Audio, video and transcripts
Using The Wolf Strategy does not authorise you to record anyone. Before recording or uploading a meeting, you must determine whether consent, notice, employer approval or another lawful basis is required in every relevant jurisdiction. You must not upload unlawfully obtained recordings or use the platform to facilitate covert recording where prohibited.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to harass, threaten, discriminate against, defame or unlawfully monitor another person.
- Do not use outputs to facilitate fraud, deception, coercion, retaliation or unlawful workplace conduct.
- Do not attempt to access another user's account or data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components except where law expressly permits it, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not upload content you are not permitted to possess or process.
- Do not represent AI-generated analysis as verified fact when it is not.
8. Intellectual property
The software, interface, brand, methodology, original text, design system and other materials supplied by The Wolf Strategy are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership is transferred to you. THE WOLF STRATEGY and its associated visual identity may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, replace or discontinue features. During beta or early-access periods, functionality may change quickly and interruptions may occur. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Where reasonably possible, we will avoid changes that unnecessarily remove access to user-created data without notice.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, material breach of these Terms or protection of other users. Applicable data-retention and deletion obligations continue after termination.
11. Warranties and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, without a guarantee that outputs will be error-free or achieve a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where they apply. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from a user's decision to rely on an AI recommendation without appropriate professional or factual verification.
12. Beta programmes
If you participate in the Founding 100 or another beta programme, the Beta Terms also apply. If there is a conflict about beta participation, the Beta Terms govern that specific programme.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections or jurisdiction rights that apply under the law of their country of residence. Any mandatory dispute-resolution or consumer-protection rights remain unaffected.
14. Contact and changes
Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the website. Material updates will be versioned and, where required, users will be asked to accept the revised Terms before continuing to use the service.
